If you cannot progress through or complete Challenge Orders, please check the information below.

I can't complete one or all of the Orders below:
- Clear every Quest in the Soul Reaper Academy Sub Story
- Clear Part 1: Substitute Soul Reaper on NORMAL
- Clear the Zanpakuto: The Alternate Tale, Part 1 Side Story on NORMAL.

If you have already completed the relevant quest before attempting the Challenge Order, please play the last chapter of the quest again, and confirm if the Order can be completed.

I can't complete the Order below:
- Level up the Transcendence Slots on one character a total of 5 levels

To complete this Order, please level up one character's Transcendence Slots to Lv. 6. Lv. 1, where the slot is unlocked, is not counted in the total. A total of 5 level-ups are required to complete this Order.

I no longer have the character below:
- ★5 Ichigo Kurosaki (Fierce Battle version) (Heart)

★5 Ichigo Kurosaki (Fierce Battle version) (Heart) is available from the Coin Exchange.

I can't complete the Order below:
Clear Story Part 1, Chapter 6 on NORMAL

This quest can be found by navigating to the Home screen > Quests > Story > Select Part > Part 1: Substitute Soul Reaper (please confirm that the difficulty in the upper-right corner is set to NORMAL) and then selecting Chapter 6 "Brother and Sister."

Having confirmed that the difficulty is set to NORMAL, please clear the quest once more.

I can't find the Sub Story below:
- Soul Reaper Academy

This Sub Story can be found by navigating to the Home screen > Quests > Sub Stories > The Soul Society. After selecting "The Soul Society,", use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the last page. The "Soul Reaper Academy" Sub Story can be found there.
