The game won't start./The game is stuck on the loading screen. What should I do?
If you experience problems with the game not starting, try the following steps to restore or improve performance:
- Restart the game.
- Agree to the Terms of Use again.
- Close any other open apps.
- Avoid playing while your device is charging.
- Clear your browser history and cache.
- Ensure you are playing with a stable internet connection.
- Recover your game data from the Title screen by going to Menu > Data Recovery and then tapping "Re-download." (This action will download all the app data, so we recommend performing this action in a location with a stable internet connection. A stable Wi-Fi connection is best for this.)
- If the app data is kept on an external storage device, move the app data to your device’s internal storage.
Please note that we also do not recommend playing the game via an emulator.
