Why is my data download failing?
If you are having trouble downloading the game data, please try the following:
1. Restart the game.
2. Restart your device.
3. Close any other open apps.
4. Avoid playing while your device is charging.
5. Clear your browser history and cache.
6. Ensure you are playing with a stable internet connection.
7. Go to Settings > Options > General and turn off Smooth Mode.
8. Recover your game data from the Title screen by going to Menu > Data Recovery and then tapping "Re-download."
