Why can't I purchase an item?
If you're experiencing difficulties in making a purchase, please try the following:
iOS
1. Sign out of your Apple ID from the Settings screen of your device.
2. Sign in to your Apple ID once more.

Android
Please clear the cache from your device on the Settings screen.
1. Clear the cache from the Google Play Store app.
2. Clear the cache from the Google Play Games app.
3. Clear the cache from the Google Play Services app.
