Why can't I view ads?
You will not be able to view any ads if the option to view ads is turned off in the Options menu.
To check your ad viewing settings, tap the cogwheel icon in the top right of the Main screen, go to Options > General and then scroll down to the Ads section.
If you are still unable to view any ads after turning on the viewing options, try the following steps:
1. Restart the game
2. Restart your device.
3. Wait awhile and then try again.
