Why was my data erased when I changed devices?

If you have lost your game data due to changing devices without having first linked your game data to an external service, please request a data recovery by going to the Settings menu and then tapping Contact Us > Request Data Recovery.

If you had already linked your game data to an external service before changing your device, you can recover your lost game data yourself. Please see the ""How do I transfer my game data to a new device?"" section of this FAQ for details on how to recover your game data.
