Why can't I remove a Data Link?
If you are unable to remove a Data Link, it may be due to one of the following factors.
- The smartphone version of the game was uninstalled without first removing an existing Data Link.
- The Data Link has not been removed from all devices that a Data Link was performed on.
- You cannot log into the account for the external service (KLab ID, etc.) that you linked the game data to. This may be due to your account having been deleted or disabled.
- You are unable to log into the game data you want to remove the link from.
Please note that once a game is linked to the Game Center, the link cannot be removed.
- If you're playing on the PlayStation 4, the Data Link cannot be removed.

As of version 14.2.0, Facebook can no longer be used for Data Linking.
As of version 15.1.0, the Game Center can no longer be used for new Data Links.
