Why can't I update the app?
If you are unable to update the game directly from the app, please try updating the game from your provider's store app or client.
iOS
Search for "Bleach: Brave Souls" in the App Store and update the game from the Brave Souls' App Store page.
Android
If "Update" is not shown on Google Play, search for "Bleach: Brave Souls" and then update the game from the Brave Souls' Google Play page.
If this does not fix the issue, please try the following:
1. From your device's Settings menu, go to Apps > All Apps and then tap "Google Play Store."
2. Go to Storage and then tap "Clear Cache."
3. Restart the Google Play app.
Please note that the names of menus, screens, and buttons may differ depending on your device.
Steam
Open the Steam client, go to the Library > Bleach: Brave Souls and click the "Update" button.
If this does not work, please try restarting your computer and repeating the procedure.
PlayStation®4
Once an update has been released, the game will be automatically updated by the PlayStation Store. There is no need to manually update the game.
