I got pop-ups that say "Item data is being retrieved" and "Could not obtain products list." What do these mean?
"Item data is being retrieved" and "Could not obtain products list" typically display when there is a connection error with the Google Play and App Stores. Please try the following to correct the issue.
- Play somewhere with a good connection.
- Use a different network (such as switching from Wi-Fi to 4G or vice versa).
- Log out of and then log back into your device's Google or Apple ID account.
