Why does my app shut down when I try to access the Shop?
If the app force quits when you tap the Shop button, you may need to re-download the app data. Please follow the steps below to see if it resolves the situation.
1. Restart the app.
2. Clear the cache by tapping the button in the top left of the Title screen.
- Please make sure there is sufficient space on your device first.
- Please perform the above steps with a stable internet connection.
- Clearing the cache will not delete your user data.
