I forgot my SIF ID. What should I do?
There is no way to confirm within the app which SIF ID that particular app is linked to.
In order to see the game that your ID is linked to, log in to the SIF ID website with the address you believe your account is under and check "List of Linked Apps" to see if Love Live! School Idol Festival is listed.
If your issues are not resolved after following the steps above, we may be able to provide support to recover data or unlink your SIF ID if we are able to verify your identity. Please send in your support application after checking the details under "Data recovery / SIF ID linkage cancellation request".
