I can't watch an ad, or don't see the ads button.
In-game ads are not available on devices that are not Google Mobile Services (GMS) compatible. *Such as apps installed through HUAWEI AppGallery.
Ads availability may differ depending on various conditions such as where you are, the number of ads available, and the number of times you have watched an ad. Below are some examples of instances where you may not be able to watch an ad.
- If game data was not refreshed by returning to the Home screen. Starting a match before the data refresh, and finishing that match after the data refresh, may result in no ads being available.
- Restrictions from the advertiser's side. Ads may not show up if you have watched a number of ads in a short period of time, or there may be other conditions that are set by the advertiser.
If you encounter any issues with the ads, please try going back to the Home screen, rebooting the game altogether, or trying again after some time.
