Dreamballs were spent, but I did not receive any Players/items. What should I do?
Please try resetting the filter to see if the newly received Players/items appear.
To reset the Player List filter.
- From the Home Screen, tap Players.
- Tap Player List.
- Tap the "Filter / Sort" bar.
- Tap "Reset".
The Players appear in the most recently received order after a reset.
The Player List shows the items in the order of Players > Training Items > Black Balls. If you should have received Training Items, please scroll down to check below the Players.
Newly received Players will have "NEW" written on their icons.
