I didn't receive Rank Match Rewards.
Rank Match rewards are awarded as following. Please check each category to confirm whether or not you have received the relevant rewards.
Class Rewards
Awarded at the end of the season based on the highest Class you reached during the season. You must participate in at least one match during a season to receive Class Rewards. These rewards are sent directly to your Present Box.
Ranking Rewards
Awarded based on your rank at the end of a season. These rewards are sent directly to your Present Box.
Promotion Rewards
Awarded the first time you are promoted to a new class. You will not receive a Promotion Rewards if you are promoted to a Class you previously achieved. These rewards are sent directly to your Present Box.
Challenge & Victory Rewards
One Dreamball is awarded for a loss or a draw and two Dreamballs are awarded for a win. Dreamball rewards are added directly to your inventory.
Available Challenge & Victory Reward Dreamballs recharge at a rate of one every 12 hours, up to a maximum of seven.
