An error is displayed and I can't purchase items.
Please try the following if you encounter an error while trying to purchase items.
- Wait a while and try again
- Restart the application
- Restart your device
- Sign in/out of your platform account (Apple ID/Google/HUAWEI ID)
- Clear cash data from your platform store app such as Google Play Store or HUAWEI AppGallery.

If you still encounter an error after trying the above, or encounter the following errors while using your Apple ID or Google account, the issue may be on the platform side. In this case please contact Apple/Google customer service.
Android
- An unexpected error occurred. Please wait a while and try again.
- Cannot be used for the purchase.
*When using Google Pay.
iOS
- Carrier usage limit amount reached.
- Couldn't complete purchase. Contact iTunes support for details.
- Your payment method was denied.
- Your account has been deactivated on the App Store or iTunes.
- Not enough store credit.
